1) Basic error: = ± 1.0%
2) backlash: = 0.5%

3) dead zone: 0 ~ 9.9% adjustable (only for adjustable electric actuator)


4) Damping characteristics: = 3 times half-cycle (only adjustable electric actuator)

5) Startup characteristics: The actuator performance is not affected when the voltage error is ± 10% and the frequency error is ± 5Hz. The actuator starts normally at a maximum pressure drop of 15% and operates at normal speed.

1. Motor
 With high-torque, low-inertia motors, peak moments can be reached at start-up and almost no overshoot at stop.

2 & 3. Position Indicator
 Bell-shaped indicator directly mounted on the spindle, user-friendly distance between the actuator to observe the location of the drive valve.

4. Intelligent control components
 The use of SOC chip, high integration, all for the above industrial-grade electronic components, all imported, to ensure the reliability and stability. At the same time, with a man-machine dialogue LCD interface to facilitate the customer's use. LCD screen real-time display of the current valve position percentage. Meanwhile, LED indicates the valve position with the red, yellow and green high-brightness. When a malfunction occurs, all the alarm messages will be displayed on the LCD.

5. Plug & Socket
 Actuator wiring adopts the plug-and-socket connection, external wiring is attached to the plug, and the actuator can be removed by unplugging it, thus preventing errors when re-wiring after removal and maintenance. What's more, the plug is waterproof and explosion-proof.

7. Thrust Unit
 Thrust unit includes the base and drive sleeve, mounting base in line with ISO5211 standard, the drive sleeve can be easily connected with a variety of valve shafts.

8 & 10. Worm Gear Reducer
 Precision worm gear, worm mechanism, small clearance, high efficiency, long life, low noise (maximum 50dB). And, it has a self-locking function to prevent the actuator blackout or reverse signal reversal phenomenon.

9. Switch the handle
 Manual / automatic switching handle is designed for electric priority, when the motor rotation, you can automatically switch from the manual state to the electric state. When the power is off, the switch handle can be operated to the manual state, and then the hand wheel can be operated to drive the valve

11. Hand Wheel
 SJ / SJM quarter turn actuator hand wheel is made of special materials, anti-drop, by operating this hand wheel, you can safely and effortlessly operate the valve.
